Janeen launched her staffing agency in 2013 and has been going strong ever since. Mat’s passion is to help people progress, and he believes it begins with the youth. Since 2010, he has worked with other nonprofits to establish grants to encourage people to pursue careers in the S.T.E.A.M. field. With only himself and a grant writer on staff, he is forced to handle a large part of the day-to-day operations. Because he is so busy, he has no time to sift through the never-ending receipts and invoices to get his business finances in order.
Tonya works from the comfort of her home and has grown her clientele steadily since she launched five years ago. She thoroughly enjoys problem solving and being creative, which is why she chose to start a graphic design firm in the first place. She is 100% hands-on with her clients and does not want to sacrifice that managing other essential tasks that do not interest her. Every year, she scrambles around getting all her tax documents together for her CPA and this year is no different. She has had enough!
